Need technical support or new software for your Packshot-Creator branded Ortery device? You're in the right place. As of July 2022, Sysnext (the owner of the Packshot-Creator brand) is no longer authorized to re-brand or exclusively distribute Ortery products. Ortery now provides direct technical support, software downloads, and training materials for all Ortery products branded with the Packshot-Creator name that were sold in the EMEA from ~2004 to 2022.

Yes. If you purchased a Packshot-Creator branded Ortery system in the EMEA between ~2004 and 2022, you can find the latest compatible software and training resources in the Ortery Customer Portal.
3. How do I know if my Ortery device is compatible with the latest Windows and macOS?
Enter your device's serial number into the Hardware Compatibility Test tool. It will show which operating systems your system supports and whether a hardware upgrade is needed.
4. What if my Ortery hardware is not compatible with the latest operating systems?
Some older Ortery devices may require a simple PC board upgrade. If so, contact an Ortery representative so you can start using the latest Ortery software and features.

If you have lost your Ortery or Packshot-Creator branded Ortery software, you will need to upgrade to obtain a new copy. This can be done in the Ortery Customer Portal.
8. Can I put the Ortery software on more than one computer?
Yes. You can install it on as many computers as you like, however if you only have one license, only the software installed on the computer attached to the Ortery device will be able to take pictures and control the system.
9. How often does Ortery update its software?
Historically, our customers can expect two or three major upgrades per year.
10. Does Ortery software require an annual subscription?
No. Upgrades are optional.
